UofL Students When making arrangements for your AHEC rotation, you will need to complete a FACT Sheet at the UofL Central AHEC Office. The fact sheet will need to be signed by the clinical coordinator in the appropriate department. Please indicate on your FACT Sheet if you would like for us to provide you with housing arrangements. Your FACT sheet should be completed no later than one month prior to the beginning of rotation. You will receive one round-trip travel reimbursement from Louisville to your rotation site and $40 per week food allotment. You are also allotted $70 per week for housing, pending you need housing arrangements. Our office will pay your housing host directly for your rent.
