When making arrangements for your AHEC rotation, you will need to complete a FACT Sheet at the UK Central AHEC Office. The fact sheet will need to be signed by the clinical coordinator in the appropriate department. Please indicate on your FACT Sheet if you would like for us to provide you with housing arrangements. Your FACT sheet should be completed no later than one month prior to the beginning of rotation.
You will receive one round-trip travel reimbursement from Lexington to your rotation site and $25 per week food allotment from the Central AHEC office. You are allotted $80 per week for housing pending you need housing arrangements. The Central AHEC office will reimburse you for your housing allotment, with the exception of those students who stay in Madisonville and our office will bill the Central AHEC office directly for your rent.
